Snapscan2D

Snapscan2D is a system for measuring 2 dimensional measurements using a camera. It can measure with an accuracy up to 10 microns. It can be used in a quality lab or in production to check if the parts are manufactured as per specification. Any deviation in part dimensions can be highlighted immediately. With Snapscan2D, you can measure length, width, angle, diameter and distance. Objects can be illuminated from bottom or top depending on application. The big advantage of this system is faster measurements, almost instantly, hence can be used in places where cycle time is crucial.
